We have been purchasing coffee from Snap specialty for three years now. The complex fruit notes, underlying florals, and intense sweetness made this natural Ethiopian a real treat to enjoy. The coffee had a light, staccato mouthfeel that was crisp and lingered into the long, bright finish. The key to mastering this brewer is the slow spiral pour. The flat-bottom filter helps with even extraction while brewing. It’s a favorite pour over brew method for home use and it’s great on the go, too. The acidity was crisp and strong throughout. The Brew Guide Kalita Wave With its stainless steel and wavy contours, the Kalita Wave wins over coffee and design enthusiasts alike. The flavor was incredibly intense with pronounced fruit-forward berry sweetness and flavor notes that reminded me of raspberry & subtle florals.
